Town Centre Warden: Safety, Enforcement & Compliance

Rugby Borough Council seeks Community Wardens to provide visible presence and enforcement in Rugby town centre. Working hours are 40 per week on a 6-week rolling rota, with shifts between 8am and 10pm, 7 days a week.

The role is contracted until March 2027. Responsibilities include patrolling to deter anti-social behaviour, issuing fixed penalty notices and PSPOs, and gathering evidence for licensing and court proceedings.
