You'll work with a dynamic team, advising clients on international assignments, short-term business travel, and cross-border remote work. You'll gain hands on experience with specialists in personal tax, employment tax, immigration, and reward services-building the skills you need to become a future leader in global mobility.

• Managing financial performance and billing.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise on tax advisory and global mobility matters.
• Leading on briefings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global network on complex queries.
• Manage key projects, ensuring tax technical excellence and practical business-driven solutions.
• Keep clients updated on key legislative changes and their business impact.
• Help win new work by strengthening relationships with existing clients and seeking new opportunities.
• Support and mentor junior team members, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Drive innovation by leveraging new technologies and staying ahead of regulatory changes.

• Experience in expatriate tax advisory.
• Excellent tax technical knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication-both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in the Japanese language or Mandarin
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• ATT/ACA/CA/ACCA or CTA qualification is required.
