Portland Pathways is a community focused initiative which aims to improve employment opportunities for people with disabilities. As part of our commitment to increasing employment outcomes across Nottinghamshire, we are looking for a motivated, compassionate and dedicated Pathways Advisor to join our team based in Worksop (S80). Whilst primarily based at this site, you will be required to travel across our other sites.

We will be required to carry out an enhanced with barred lists DBS check. This role involves regulated activity.
