Basis Hourly Paid Part Time

This position is an hourly paid role with variable hours

We are seeking a Foundation Learning Lecturer on an hourly paid basis to deliver Entry Level and Level 1 qualifications to both 16-19-year-old and adult learners at our Blossomfield Campus.

You will have substantial experience working with challenging young people and be confident in managing behaviour, engaging learners, and supporting progression. Strong communication, IT, numeracy, and teamwork skills are essential, along with a positive, 'can do' attitude and the ability to work independently where required.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality programmes on time and to standard, supporting excellent student attendance, retention, satisfaction, and achievement.

You must hold, or be willing to work towards, a Level 5 teaching qualification. Strong administrative and organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines are also essential for this role.
