Care Team Leader: Disability Support & Supervision

Sense Cymru in Caerphilly is seeking a Care Team Leader to supervise and develop a team of support workers for adults with disabilities. The role covers supervision sessions, rota management, recruitment support and day-to-day service operation, working 37.5 hours per week.

Fixed term for 12 months to cover maternity leave; requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. The role includes safeguarding responsibilities, record-keeping and contributing to person-centred plans and
