Cards for Good Causes, the UK's largest charity Christmas retailer, is recruiting Shop Managers for the 2026 season in Cardiff and surrounding areas. Temporary roles run October to December 2026 with both full-time and part-time hours available, and teams may share the role with another Shop Manager.
You will lead volunteers, manage shop operations, promote the shop locally, drive sales, and build relationships with venues and community groups.
