Team Leader, Two Homes - Supported Living

Lifeways Group in Leyland is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide two supported living services, empowering teams to deliver person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

You will conduct supervisions, manage records and support plans, and work with managers to drive development. The role includes funded qualifications, rewards, DBS, cycle to work, pension, and career progression.
