Our client is a large and growing manufacturing business, who machine and fabricate a range of components for the aerospace sector. They're looking for an experienced CNCTurner to join the team. • Set and operate CNC Turning machines
• Use and control of CNC programs in accordance with relevant procedures
• Read and understand all manufacturing instructions prior to commencing an operation
• Understand all set up parameters and the effect that they have on the process, for example, datum setting and tool length and wear offsets
• Set up machines with the required work holding and tooling in accordance with relevant procedures

CNC TurnerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Ability to set and operate CNC turning machines (at least 2 Axis)
• Experience machining precision components, within a highly regulated industry
• Well-versed machining with decent materials (ideally metals as they primarily use aerospace exotic alloys).
