What the day will look likeIn this varied role, you will handle the routine management of captive insurance client portfolios. You will ensure excellent client service and deliver their insurance programmes effectively. You will work closely with senior client partners and internal colleagues, gaining exposure to financial reporting, regulatory compliance, company secretarial work, and the strategic development of captive solutions.
Key activities include:This is an opportunity to join an expanding captive management team in one of the world's leading captive domiciles, working with large multinational clients on sophisticated risk financing structures. You will gain broad exposure across underwriting, governance, financial reporting, and regulatory topics, while still being able to build deep, long-term relationships with your own portfolio of clients.
You will collaborate closely with senior client representatives, Aon Client Services Directors and Executives, finance, and regulatory specialists, as well as colleagues across Aon's global network. In return, you will be supported by experienced leaders and technical experts who will help you develop your captive, insurance, and leadership skills, with opportunities to grow your career within Aon's global Captive & Insurance Management practice.
