Overhead Crane Operator required. 18.90 per hour, three-day weekends, 33 days holiday, and a 10% pension scheme are just a few of the benefits available with this growing engineering manufacturer in Leeds.
Due to continued growth, this well-established manufacturer is looking to recruit an Operator to support production and material handling operations within a state-of-the-art engineering facility. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, overtime, and progression.
The Overhead Crane Operator role will involve:
Operating overhead cranes to safely move large and heavy engineering components
Loading, unloading and positioning materials within the production facility
Using lifting equipment and following safe lifting procedures
Supporting production teams with the movement of materials and components
Operating FLT equipment to move and position materials around the site
Working safely in accordance with company procedures and health and safety requirements
In return, the role will offer:
32,450 annual salary including shift allowance
Overtime paid at premium rates
33 days holiday

Overhead Crane Operator Requirements:
Previous experience operating an overhead crane in an engineering or manufacturing environment
Accredited FLT licence - essential
Experience handling large or heavy components
Good understanding of safe lifting and material handling practices
Working Hours:
Week 1: Monday to Friday - 06:00 to 14:00
Week 2: Monday to Thursday - 12:30 to 22:00
Based in Pudsey, the role is commutable from Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, and surrounding areas.
