Job Summary

As a Technology Risk and Controls Executive Director within the Cyber Security team, you will set the strategic vision for risk management and controls. You will lead high-impact initiatives, partner with executive leadership, and ensure our frameworks meet the highest standards of compliance and resilience. Your leadership will drive innovation, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement. You'll inspire teams and help us navigate the evolving technology landscape.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for technology risk and controls
• Lead firmwide initiatives to enhance risk management frameworks and practices
• Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and regulatory changes
• Oversee compliance with global regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Guide the development of advanced analytics and reporting for risk management
• Mentor and develop senior leaders and teams
• Represent the firm in industry forums and regulatory engagements

• Extensive leadership experience in technology risk management or a related field
