Manufacturing Engineer

Role: Manufacturing Engineer Type: Permanent, Full TimeHours: Onsite - 37.5 hours per weekSalary:£50,000 -£55,000 per annum + Benefits Location: Corby, Northamptonshire Owen Daniels are supporting a leading manufacturing company, and we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join on a permanent basis, due to growth in the business. Manufacturing Engineer - Key responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of new manufacturing projects from early planning through to implementation.
• Help improve production processes by developing practical working methods and maintaining clear technical records.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements and resolve day-to-day production challenges.
• Contribute to quality and compliance activities by assisting with process reviews and controlled engineering changes.
• Provide technical input and regular communication to support project delivery and meet business requirements.

Manufacturing Engineer - Essential Skills & Experience:

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Manufacturing or Engineering (or similar)
• Previous experience in manufacturing or as a Manufacturing Engineer
• Experience with quality tools and First Article Inspection Report (FAIR)
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively while working as part of a team.
