A dynamic and expanding law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor to join its growing residential property team.

You will:
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from pre-exchange through to completion
- Advise on sales and purchases across the full spectrum of residential property matters, including plot sales and developer-led transactions
- Provide clear, commercially focused advice to local and national clients, including high-net-worth individuals
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Support and share knowledge with junior team members to strengthen overall team capability

What we are looking for
- 3+ years' PQE
- Proven experience handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong technical and procedural knowledge
