The Role
As the Corporate & Commercial Solicitor you will play a key role in advising clients while supporting the continued growth of the practice.
The role will include:
Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
Managing and developing an existing client base
Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities
Supporting business development and practice growth initiatives
Working collaboratively with lawyers across different practice areas
Contributing to the development of systems, processes and technology
Supporting the growth of the wider team and future recruitment strategy
Identifying opportunities to expand services and develop new areas of work
The Corporate & Commercial Solicitor?
You will be an experienced solicitor with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
The Corporate & Commercial Solicitor must have:
8+ years' PQE in Corporate and Commercial Law
Strong experience advising businesses on commercial and corporate matters
Existing client following or proven ability to develop relationships
Excellent client management and business development skills
Commercial approach with strong judgement and decision-making ability
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating across the firm

70,000 - 80,000 salary
