Main duties of the jobDuties include patient registration via the unit's electronic systems (Firstnet), admission of patients via hospital system scanning, photocopying, telephone enquiries, making of clinic appointments, processing of daily documentation, as well as face to face enquires from the general public, patients, visitors and staff. Training of admin staff, annual appraisals
Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and processing skills. You will be required to work within a large multi-disciplinary team and be capable of undertaking a demanding workload. You should be familiar and confident with Microsoft office packages, and experience of working within the NHS Emergency setting would be advantageous.
