We are seeking an experiencedResource Operations Managerto join our delivery team on a major petrochemical refinery project. This is a key operational role responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimising construction resources across multiple projects, ensuring the right people, plant, equipment, and materials are available to deliver work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, you will play a vital role in maximising productivity, maintaining workforce utilisation, and supporting successful project delivery in a live, high-hazard operating environment.
