With over 800 employees and a strong £180m order book, we re growing- and now looking for a Site Administrator to support our team on-site at Fawley Refinery. We are looking for a proactive and conscientious Site Administrator to join our team on a 12-month temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a strong team player, brings a positive attitude, and is keen to learn and develop in a fast-paced site environment. You ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, so we re looking for someone reliable, organised, and willing to get stuck in and contribute to the team s success. The Role What You ll Be Doing: Working closely with the client on CDMS with billing Processing timesheets and wages weekly Maintaining accurate data entry and records Uploading and managing documentation Handling general admin (filing, scanning, calls) What We re Looking For Previous experience in an admin role Strong IT skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise workload Confident communicator with great people skills Calm under pressure and a strong team player Why Join Us? We are seeking a skilled and reliable WIAPS-approved plumber to join our team, working on domestic-style plumbing systems within a large industrial site.
