• Provide one-to-one and small-group intervention sessions.
• Assist students with varying learning needs, including those with SEND where required.

• Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Promote students' confidence, independence and resilience.
• Support the wider school community during breaktimes, enrichment activities and school events.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience working with young people in a school, college, youth work or tutoring environment (desirable but not essential).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, patient and proactive attitude.
• The ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people's development.
• A degree is desirable for graduates looking to pursue a career in teaching but is not essential.
