Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure operational standards are consistently maintained.
- Drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Manage recruitment, training, and development of the store team.
- Ensure compliance with airport security and operational protocols.
Candidate Profile
- Background in fashion retail is preferred, but candidates from beauty, accessories, or hospitality with airport experience are welcome.
- Understanding of the airport retail environment and customer expectations is essential.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
