Eligibility:
- Must be above the school leaver age in your country.
- Shifts covering earlier than 6 am or later than 11 pm require a minimum age of 18.
- Must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
What you'll be doing:
- Picking and selecting high quality products on the shop floor for online orders, including providing substitutions where products are out of stock.
- Using a handset that plans your route, outlines needed items and set completion times.
- Assisting with customer queries, processing orders and loading vans for Home Delivery Drivers.
- Offering proactive, friendly support to customers.
- Building deep knowledge of products, services and promotions to offer recommendations.
- Working flexibly across the store as required.
