You'll also play a part in making sure our support centre runs smoothly, so people can access help quickly and with dignity. This role is about being present, helpful, and steady, supporting people through both practical tasks and everyday challenges.
What you'll be doingThis is a people-focused, hands-on role where empathy and patience really matter. You'll be working with individuals who may be experiencing crisis, uncertainty, or vulnerability, so a calm and respectful approach is essential.
You don't need to have all the answers, what matters most is your ability to listen, stay steady under pressure, and treat everyone with dignity. You'll always be supported by experienced staff and part of a team that looks out for each other, including regular debrief opportunities after challenging situations.
