Executive Chief of Staff to Deputy Chief Constable

West Midlands Police is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Deputy Chief Constable to strengthen the executive function by delivering high-quality coordination, governance, and performance oversight, and providing strategic support to the senior leadership.

The role acts as trusted advisor, strategic integrator and delivery enabler, ensuring the DCC can focus on priority decision making while you coordinate delivery of force objectives and lead the team of executive assistants.
