We are seeking an organised and proactive School Staff Instructor (SSI) to support the successful delivery of the Wymondham College Combined Cadet Force (CCF). This key role provides the vital link between the Army and RAF sections, ensuring effective coordination, administration, and communication across the contingent. Responsible for managing MOD compliance paperwork, maintaining stores and equipment, and supporting cadet activities.

General Responsibilities
The CCF SSI is responsible for significant instruction with the cadets, administrative arrangements for the RAF and Army sections and for arranging camps and other activities, administering the CCF funds and managing the CCF stores
Specific Responsibilities
The post-holder will be required to comply with the Trust Code of Conduct. The post holder will have access to and be responsible for confidential information and documentation. They must ensure confidential or sensitive material is handled appropriately and accurately.
The post holder shall participate in the Trust's programme of Performance Management and Continuing Professional Development.
