Sales Executive - Oxford

£40,000 - £50,000 OTE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a successful automotive dealership in Oxford. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing journey, building lasting relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming customers into the dealership and identifying their vehicle requirements.
  • Presenting and demonstrating new and used vehicles.
  • Arranging and conducting test drives.
  • Managing the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
  • Promoting finance, insurance, and additional products in line with compliance standards.
  • Following up leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Building long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensuring all customer interactions deliver an outstanding experience.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is desirable, although strong sales experience from other sectors will be considered.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A driven, target-focused attitude with a passion for achieving results.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Professional appearance and approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
