Job Description

AlphaSense is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead a team of client facing product experts who help customers maximise value from AlphaSense.

You will partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure CSMs deliver high impact engagements-from demos that win new business to adoption campaigns that drive long term success. You'll set strategy, coach for performance, and ensure coverage for key financial services accounts.
