As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of high-value customers across key sectors. You'll work closely with internal teams-including production, engineering, and customer service-to ensure exceptional service delivery and identify opportunities for growth.

As a successful candidate you will possess proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or a technical product environment, with strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and convert opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also essential together with the ability to understand technical products and translate customer needs into solutions.
Full UK driving licence is also a requirement as this is a field-based role.
