The business represents a range of leading motorcycle brands and operates a successful new and used motorcycle operation, retailing high volumes annually.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing motorcycle sales team
- Manage a busy used bike operation with significant stock levels
- Drive new and used motorcycle sales performance
- Maximise revenue opportunities across finance, warranty, clothing, accessories, and add-on products
- Oversee enquiry management and CRM processes
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction standards
- Support marketing activity and dealership events
- Create a positive, engaged, and performance-driven team culture
Requirements- Proven experience managing a successful automotive sales team is essential
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Commercially driven with a track record of delivering results
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced retail environment
- Passion for motorcycles advantageous but not essential
Working Hours- 40 hours per week
- Saturday working required with a weekday off
- Occasional Sunday event attendance may be required
- Seasonal working hours apply
Salary & Benefits- £35,000 Basic Salary
