Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small team in a busy store and help deliver essential community services. The role includes a mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts with at least two evenings and one weekend shift, with 16 hours per week plus regular overtime.
You'll be on the shop floor coordinating tills, merchandising, stock checks, and helping drive membership growth while upholding Co-op values and providing great customer service.
