About the Role

Lead a team of Solution Consultants to prepare and deliver distinguished demonstrations of critical business solutions, partnering with Sales and aligning across industry focused teams in the UKI. Drive adoption of creative, scalable sales approaches and leverage AI throughout the role. Hire, coach, and develop the team, balance workload, and provide strategic feedback on emerging technologies.

Key Qualifications
  • Experience in people management, performance management, sales, and Solution Consulting processes.
  • Complex sales management and innovation in selling.
  • Experience within the business applications marketplace, preferably ERP, Financials or HCM.
  • Experience with SaaS applications and AI.
Additional Qualifications
  • Demonstrable results in leading teams in team based sales environments.
  • High accountability in a high growth environment.
  • Innovative thinker, self starter, fast learner, and agent of change.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Solution Consulting / sales management experience.
  • Leadership, drive for results, and a "can do" attitude.
