The Job:

You will be an essential part of our expert engineering team, learning the ropes of air conditioning installation, maintenance and repairs. Under the guidance of experienced engineers, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and technical knowledge, setting the foundation for a successful career in the HVAC industry.

We would offer ongoing training and rates of pay dependent on experience.

Requirements:

• Due to the nature of our clients, the applicant must have a clean criminal record and be prepared to be CRB checked.
• The applicant should be local to the Bridgend area, have a valid driving licence with own vehicle, and be able to work outside of our normal working hours or away if and when required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various settings, including heights and confined spaces.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced engineers.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
