What You'll be doing:- Warmly welcome every customer and immerse them in the world of Hotel Chocolat.
- Discover customers' needs and reasons for their visit through friendly conversation.
- Delight customers with product demonstrations and tasting sessions, ensuring allergen checks throughout.
- Close the sale and confidently recommend additional products such as gift bags.
- Thank customers for shopping, ensuring they leave happy.
- Process transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
- Respond to customer feedback.
- Support the team with deliveries and stock management, maintaining a clear and tidy delivery area in line with health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain the appearance of store and café areas to a high standard.
- When a café area is present, prepare hot and cold drinks, ice creams and snacks according to guidelines, keeping the area immaculately clean while focusing on upselling.
- Support where possible to the success of the store and team.
- £13.05 per hour.
