The role involves delivering Specialist Palliative Care across Lanarkshire using an innovative 'Hub' model, collaborating with three acute University Hospitals to offer flexible care in acute and community settings.
The position is less than full-time, with opportunities for additional SPA time for quality improvement or research. The successful candidate will also participate in a 1:9 on-call rota and support SPC remote advice services.
