Cover Supervisor to join a dedicated team at a thriving boys' school in Plymouth.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of learning by supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. You will deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and ensure students remain engaged and focused throughout the lesson.
The successful candidate will:- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be confident managing groups of secondary-aged students.
- Demonstrate resilience, professionalism, and a calm approach.
- Have strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Be committed to supporting students to achieve their full potential.
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
