Job Description
This role involves the safe and timely collection and delivery of consignments across London, ensuring excellent customer service at every stage. As a key representative of the business, you will be responsible for maintaining professional standards while delivering a first-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and deliver consignments safely and efficiently across London.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Review delivery paperwork and confirm delivery details before and after each journey.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional approach at all times.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and vehicle check sheets.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and roadworthy vehicle.
- Conduct end-of-shift vehicle checks to ensure all deliveries have been completed.
- Assist with unloading and reconciliation of deliveries and collections.
- Accurately complete delivery records and associated documentation.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Must be aged 25 or over due to vehicle insurance requirements.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday shifts of 11:00am-8:00pm or 11:30am-8:30pm.
- Right to work in the UK.
