Salary: up to £90k per annum (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities as a Hospital Director:
Provide overall leadership and operational management of the hospital service
Ensure quality, compliance, and financial performance targets are achieved
Develop and implement service improvement initiatives and business objectives
Maintain strong relationships with commissioners, referrers, and external stakeholders
Fulfil Registered Manager responsibilities in line with CQC regulations
Support commercial growth and service development opportunities

Requirements as a Hospital Director:
Previous experience in a Hospital Director
Clinical background with a strong understanding of mental health services
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
