This medium-sized service holds a GOOD CQC rating and is recognised for delivering exceptional standards of care across nursing, dementia, and residential needs.

With a stable and experienced care team already in place, the Registered Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day running of the service.

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:

Lead and support care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards

Ensure compliance through governance, audits, safeguarding, care planning, and relevant legislation

Oversee daily operations including staffing, recruitment, rotas, budgets, and service safety

Build strong relationships with residents, families, professionals, and regulators

Requirements as a Registered Manager:

Previous experience in a Registered Manager role within a nursing or residential care home setting

NMC registered nurse (desirable, not essential)

Clear understanding of CQC regulations and inspection standards
