Associate / Senior Associate

We're growing our South West Corporate team and are looking for a 3+ PQE Associate to join a close-knit and ambitious group. You'll work closely with the team leader Rachael Reeves, take ownership of transactions, develop client relationships, and contribute to the team's growth.

The role will involve a wide range of corporate work, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and cross border transactions. You will manage your own matters and work directly with partners.

• At least 3 years PQE.
• Solid experience in corporate law.
• Confidence to manage your own matters.
