What you ll be doing - Conduct functional assessments (face-to-face, video, telephone)

- Produce clear, structured assessment reports
- Review medical evidence and collaborate with clinicians
Who this suits - NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD)

HCPC Registered Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist - Minimum 12 months UK post-registration experience
- Comfortable using IT systems and writing reports
