JOB TITLE: Civil Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2

SALARY: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well established law firm and play a key role in the continued development of its litigation offering. Handling a varied caseload of contentious matters, you will advise clients on a range of contractual and property disputes, managing matters from instruction through to resolution. This newly created position offers the chance to work closely with clients, build your own profile and contribute to the growth of a developing practice area.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years' experience handling civil litigation matters. You will have experience advising on contractual disputes, property disputes or a broader range of contentious matters and be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service will be essential. The successful candidate will be keen to develop their career within a supportive and ambitious environment.
