Description

  • Act as the main point of contact between the Director and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support the Director in managing confidential and sensitive information.
  • Assist with organising events, meetings, and conferences as required.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the Director professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage budgets and expenses related to the Director's office.

Profile
