Reed Business Support are recruiting for an Office Administrator on behalf of our valued client, based in Ashford. This Office Administrator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
About the Role:
- Managing daily administrative tasks to support a professional services environment
- Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries from clients, suppliers, and internal colleagues
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Coordinating diaries, meetings, and general office schedules
- Supporting wider teams with document preparation, data entry, and general office coordination
- Delivering a professional and customer-focused service at all times
About You:
- Previous experience in an office-based administrative or support role
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications and office systems
- Reliable, adaptable, and keen to learn in a supportive team environment
Salary & Working Pattern:
- £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, office-based
