Residential Property Conveyancer
Location: Leamington SpaHours: Full-time, Permanent (Monday - Friday)Contract Type: Permanent
A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join their successful team in Leamington Spa. Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions.
- Bring a relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or demonstrable experience managing a full caseload.
- Have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders.
- Handle client enquiries face-to-face, remotely and via telephone.
- Work effectively to progress cases in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
