We are currently supporting a growing business in their search for an Administrator to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting day-to-day office operations as well as compliance-related administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team
- Assist with general office coordination and admin tasks
- Maintain organised filing systems and ensure records are kept up to date
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
- Support with arranging meetings, travel, and accommodation when required
KYC & Compliance Support
- Assist with Know Your Client (KYC) and compliance administration
- Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and up to date
- Support internal processes in line with compliance requirements
About You- Previous experience in an administration or office support role
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
