Role Purpose:

Based in the Runcorn office, you'll work closely with colleagues across sales and wider departments in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment. Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to support business growth
- Manage and follow up on inbound leads, qualifying opportunities for the external sales team
- Provide internal sales support, including preparing quotations and processing orders
- Coordinate and attend UK & Ireland trade shows and industry events
- Support broader marketing initiatives, including attendance at an annual international seminar
- Manage and maintain professional social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer journey
Required Skills & Experience:
- A formal qualification in Marketing
- 2-3+ years' experience in a marketing role (ideally within a technical or product-based environment)
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence engaging with customers
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce (SAP knowledge is advantageous)
- Proficiency in managing professional social media platforms
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Experience supporting sales functions or working in a commercial environment would be beneficial
