PA 9 months FTC

Office Based 5 days

9am-6pm

Victoria

An Architects practice with an international presence requires a PA to join their small creative and collaborate London team on a 9-month FTC to cover Maternity.

The role:

  • Providing 1 to 1 support to Partner and senior leadership team
  • Arranging travel-national and international-across multiple time zones, accommodation and itineraries
  • Inbox & diary management, arranging meetings internally and externally
  • Private PA support when required, itineraries, travel, family
  • Assisting with Ocado order, arranging lunches and setting up boardroom when required
  • Overseeing day-to-day studio operations -ensue soon running
  • Meeting and greeting clients on arrival
  • Supporting with health & safety procedures and general studio compliance

The ideal candidate

  • Previous experience working as a PA to Partner within a creative environment is desirable but not essential
  • Happy to work in the office 5 days per week
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Comfortable working in a small, collaborative but fast paced environment
  • Intermediate within MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
