A well-established secondary school in Enfield is looking to appoint a creative and dynamic Head of Art & Technology to lead a successful and expanding department from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or current middle leader with a passion for creative subjects and the ability to inspire both students and staff within a high-expectations learning environment.
The successful candidate will:
Lead the Art & Technology department across KS3 and KS4
Drive high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum development
Teach Art, Design & Technology or a related specialism to a high standard
Support and develop staff within the department
Promote creativity, innovation and student engagement across the curriculum
Monitor student progress and raise achievement across all key stages
Maintain high standards of behaviour, organisation and classroom practice
