This is a hands-on position where you'll learn by doing, gaining exposure to contract negotiations, licensing processes, and client engagement.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate software quotations for new and existing clientsIssue licence agreements and contract addendaSupport contract negotiations and tender documentationManage software distribution and assist with technical access issuesIssue sales invoices and maintain compliance with financial controlsHandle client KYC requests and documentationEngage with clients via email and virtual meetings to support procurement processesAs you develop, you'll take ownership of core processes and contribute to drafting complex agreements and bid documentation.What you'll need to succeedIdeally, Degree (2:1 or above) in Business, Law, or related discipline or equivalent Strong academic background in Maths and EnglishProficient in Microsoft Word & ExcelExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesCollaborative and proactive approachExperience of working on contracts or licences.What you'll get in return
