HLTA Requirements:
- Proven experience as a High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
- Hold a Cache/NVQ Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant Qualification or BA Hons Degree in Education Studies
- Confident delivering interventions and covering whole-class learning
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (Academics can support with this)
