Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and fast-growing UK organisation in their search for an experienced HR Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused HR professional to play a pivotal role in shaping culture, driving engagement and supporting continued business growth.
Joining a thriving organisation with ambitious expansion plans, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver robust HR solutions while championing best practice across the employee lifecycle.
Day To Day:

- Providing expert advice and guidance on complex HR and employee relations matters
- Managing and resolving employee relations cases, including conflict resolution
- Leading the development, implementation and ongoing review of HR policies and procedures
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance of employee records
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and supporting cultural development
- Analysing HR metrics and producing insightful reports to support decision-making
- Contributing to senior-level HR strategy and organisational planning
What We Would Love To See:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a standalone or managerial HR role
- Experience supporting an organisation of 50+ employees
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualified (or working towards)
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Highly professional, with a strong ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
