SEN Learning Support Assistant
Experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant available immediately for schools across Raynes Park and Kingston This candidate has a strong background supporting pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, speech & language difficulties, and moderate learning needs across both mainstream and specialist educational settings.
They are highly experienced providing 1:1 support, leading small group interventions, adapting classroom activities, and supporting pupils with emotional regulation and engagement in learning. They work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement EHCP targets, behaviour support plans, and personalised interventions tailored to individual pupil needs.
The candidate is calm, nurturing, and proactive, with excellent relationship-building skills and a strong understanding of inclusive practice. Particularly suited to schools looking for a reliable SEN professional who can support both academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
Available for long-term, temp-to-perm, and daily supply opportunities.
